Zentra Group plc, a UK-based residential developer, has announced its transition to the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) from the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. This move aligns Zentra with AQSE’s growth focus, enhancing visibility and access to investors, vital for Zentra's sustainable growth. The company has implemented a strategic realignment, focusing on developing high-quality residential apartments and houses under its dual-brand strategy: Zentra Living and Zentra Homes. This refocus allows Zentra to capitalize on market opportunities while discontinuing co-living services affected by market challenges.

Zentra has restructured its debt and capital allocation, notable moves include acquiring a 30% stake in One Victoria, Manchester, and selling £7 million in completed properties.
