Zimtu Capital Corp. Announces Private Placement Financing

Zimtu Capital Corp., trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under "ZC", plans a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1,500,000 by issuing 10,000,000 units. Each unit is priced at $0.15 and comprises one common share and one transferable warrant. Warrants allow the purchase of an additional share at $0.20, valid for 24 months from issuance.

The funds will support general working capital. Completion depends on obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange. Finder's fees may apply according to exchange policies, and a hold period of four months plus one day under securities laws will be imposed on issued securities.
