ZTEST Appoints David Barnett as Director

ZTEST Electronics Inc. ("ZTEST" or the "Company") (CSE:ZTE) announced the appointment of David Barnett to its Board of Directors as an independent director, pending regulatory approval. This addition is expected to strengthen the board's financial and operational expertise.

Steve Smith, CEO of ZTEST, commented on the appointment, saying, "Dave's strong financial and capital markets background, combined with extensive expertise in evaluations of manufacturing operations, will be a valuable asset to the Company."

David Barnett brings over 7 years of risk management experience, including product liability and business continuity analysis. He has over 6 years of experience in capital markets, focusing on investment banking and corporate treasury. Additionally, Barnett has 5 years of experience as a project supervisor and is a seasoned microcap investor with over 25 years of investing in companies with market capitalizations under $300M. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA charterholder.
