029 Group SE announces Publication of Annual Report
Berlin, 25 April 2023. 029 Group SE (ISIN: DE000A2LQ2D0), a global hospitality and lifestyle holding (“029 Group”), announces that it has published its Annual Report and full financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. Operating results were in line with expectations, with 029 Group recording a net loss of EUR 768,171 for the year, mainly attributable to expenses related to the uplisting into the regulated market in October 2022 and the initiation of its new business model as an investment holding supporting entrepreneurs building next-generation experiences, hospitality and happiness focused businesses. 029 Group now holds a portfolio of six early stage investments across the hospitality, enabling technologies and consumer categories.
CEO and Founder Lorin Van Nuland commented: “We are pleased to publish our first annual report as 029 Group SE, following the strong endorsement we have received from the public markets and analyst community since our uplisting into the regulated market last year. Whereas we expect market conditions are expected to remain volatile in the year to come, our conviction in our thesis remains unchanged -- we are excited about what’s to come.”
