Appointment of Ludovic Holinier as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of TERACT

TERACT today announces the appointment of Ludovic Holinier to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer effective 1 March 2024, replacing Guillaume Darrasse. Ludovic Holinier will be in charge of managing the company's activities and he will serve on the Executive Committee. 

Ludovic Holinier has solid experience in the mass-market retail sector. He spent 30 years with Auchan, serving in a variety of positions in France, the United States, Russia and China. Since 2019, he has been CEO of Cora/Louis Delhaize Group. 

Thierry Blandinières, Chairman of the TERACT Board of Directors, states: "I'm pleased to announce Ludovic's appointment to the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of TERACT. His rich and diverse expertise in the retail sector in France and internationally is an asset that will contribute to TERACT's future success."
