Availability of ENGIE's 2024 Universal Registration Document

AVAILABILITY OF ENGIE’S 2024 UNIVERSAL

REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

ENGIE announces that the French version of its 2024 Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), on March 13, 2025, under the number D.25-0091.

This Universal Registration Document was filed according to the ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format) established by delegate regulation (EU) n°2019/815

The Universal Registration Document comprises: 

-     the 2024 annual financial report; 

-     Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;

-     the Statutory Auditor’s report and fees;

-     information required under the description of the share buyback program;

-     information related to sustainability (included the Sustainability Statement and the Vigilance Plan), and the report on the certification of these information.

From March 14, 2025, the Universal Registration Document is available to the public at no cost in accordance with applicable legislation on the Company website (www.engie.com), on the home page of the website and on the home page of the "Finance" section.

The Universal Registration Document is also available in English on the Company website (www.engie.com).
