Availability of AXA’s 2023 Annual Report  (Universal Registration Document)

 

AXA announces the filing of its 2023 Annual Report (Universal Registration Document) in the ESEF xHTML format (European Single Electronic Format) with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), on March 18, 2024.

The Annual Report includes, among other items, AXA’s Annual Financial Report as well as the corporate governance report of the Board of Directors.

imageThe Annual Report is available for consultation by the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and can be found on AXA’s website as of today (www.axa.com) in particular under the “Investors / Earnings and reports / Annual and Interim Reports” section (in French and in English) as well as on the AMF’s website (in French and in the ESEF xHTML format only) (www.amf-france.org).
