Burkhalter Group announces successful completion of capital increase

As part of the acquisition of Progressio Holding Ltd liab Co, Tamins (GR), with its wholly-owned subsidiary anplaq ag, Tamins (GR), Burkhalter Holding Ltd implemented the capital increase intended for financing and issued new registered shares from the existing capital band.

When the purchase agreement was signed on 1 May 2026 to acquire all equity shares in Progressio Holding Ltd liab Co, Tamins (GR), with its wholly-owned subsidiary anplaq ag, Tamins (GR), the Burkhalter Group undertook to pay part of the purchase price in listed registered shares of Burkhalter Holding Ltd.

Burkhalter Holding Ltd has now successfully completed the corresponding capital increase by issuing 39,484 new registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.04 each from the existing capital band. The share capital of the company now amounts to CHF 426,464.56, divided into 10,661,614 registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.04 each.

The first day of trading for the new registered shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange is 24 June 2026.
