Capital increase through exercise of subscription rights  

Recticel announces that on 2 May 2024 its share capital has been increased following the exercise of 25,000 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 30 June 2017, 2,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on 28 June 2019 and 2,500 subscription rights of the warrant plan issued on  29 June 2020. This resulted in the issuance of 30,000 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted for trading on Euronext Brussels as of 6 May 2024.
