Change in General management

Neuilly-sur-Seine, 8 Ma rch 2024

Change in General management

In anticipation of the forthcoming changes to the chairmanship of the Board, currently held by Mr. Robert Peugeot until May 2025, the Board of Directors of Peugeot Invest has decided to initiate a managerial transition. This will result in Bertrand Finet's term of office as Chief Executive Officer ending upon the appointment of his successor and by July 31, 2024 at the latest. This leadership transition aims to establish a new executive duo, whose role will be to embark on a new phase of development for Peugeot Invest.

Robert Peugeot stated: " I wish to extend my warmest thanks to Bertrand Finet for his significant contribution to the development of the company alongside me over the past seven years. During this time, Bertrand has continued accelerating the company's diversification that began in the early 2000s, maintaining a healthy balance between our direct investment and co-investment activities alongside our professional partners, as well as the expansion of our fund of funds business, across various geographies. I am also grateful to him for taking on the task of ensuring a smooth transition and very pleased with the close relationship we will continue to share.”

It has been a pleasure to lead a team of professionals whose dedication and talent have been the driving force behind our success. As Peugeot Invest is set to embark on a new phase of its development, I am convinced that this wonderful and robust company has the best assets to continue on the path to success."
