A market leader in France, Jeff de Bruges continues to deliver impressive growth, supported by a network of over 500 stores, including 54 abroad. In 2024, the brand opened 9 new points of sale, demonstrating the strength of a model that is 75% franchise-based.

imageThe          company         also      stands out       for        its        digital transformation, with an investment of €5 million in a new ERP system and the overhaul of its IT systems to support its growth. Services such as click & collect and courier delivery strengthen its multichannel offering, which relies on a base of nearly 3 million registered customers.

2.       POSITIVE OUTLOOK FOR TWO REAL ESTATE PROJECTS IN A CHALLENGING CONTEXT

The office real estate market is unlikely to show any significant recovery             before 2026. Despite this challenging outlook, two residential real estate projects developed with strong partners and leading players in the sector are nearing completion, with promising results anticipated.

Lisbon – DUUO Project – “Praça de Espanha”

imageThe DUUO project, developed in partnership with Besix RED, involves the construction of 280 residential units in two phases in the heart of Lisbon. The first phase of 140 units is almost complete, with more than 70% of the units already sold. The strategic location, which is highly accessible and close to the city center, combined with its planned amenities, makes this project particularly attractive.

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage investment: €14 million

Warsaw – Chmielna DUO

Located in one of Warsaw’s most attractive streets (Chmielna), this project includes 2 buildings with a total of 243 apartments. Managed by BPI (part of the Ackermans & van Haaren Group), the project will be completed in the second quarter of 2025. 70% of the units have already been sold, with particularly promising returns.

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage investment: €9 million

3.              A MAJOR STRATEGIC PARTNER ENTERS FUTERRO’S CAPITAL

Futerro, the Belgian pioneer in the production of lactic acid, lactide, and PLA, announced on November 28th 2024 the arrival of Cybelle as a new shareholder, alongside its historical shareholders Compagnie du Bois Sauvage and Finasucre. Cybelle, particularly through the CEDAP Group, brings both industrial recognition and a strong outlook for growth, thanks to its expertise in developing PLA-based packaging solutions as a biobased alternative to fossil-derived plastics.

imageSupported by new investments from Finasucre and Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, Futerro  now  has the resources to take a significant step forward in building Europe’s first integrated biorefinery in Normandy. As Frédéric van Gansberghe, founder of Futerro, explained in the press release: “We must rebuild Europe’s sovereignty by developing new growth sectors, particularly bioplastics. This is one of the keys to achieving a low-carbon industry and maintaining local industrial jobs.”

Moreover, on December 13, 2024, Frédéric van

             Gansberghe      was      named     “Most      Innovative

Bioeconomy CEO” by Il Bioeconomista, the leading bioeconomy community. With over 30 years of experience in this forward-looking sector, he has been one of the pioneers in developing innovative molecules and plastics.
