CNP Assurances SA announces the publication of its 2025 universal registration document, filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 9 april 2026.

This document includes the 2025 annual financial report, composed of:
- the Management Report, of which the Sustainability Statement
- the Corporate Governance Report,
- the Financial Statements
- the Consolidated Financial Statements,

The CNP Assurances Group has also published its Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) for CNP Assurances Holding (at Group level) and CNP Assurances SA (Solo) as at 31 December 2025. As a reminder, at Group level, the SCR coverage ratio stands at 256% (+19 percentage points compared with 31 December 2024).
The English versions of the SFCR reports will be available on Wednesday 20 May 2026. The documents are available on the CNP Assurances website: https://www.cnp.fr/en/the-cnp-assurancesgroup/newsroom/publications.
