Aricolin Investments S.A., Madrid, registered in the commercial register of Madrid under number A88243480 as the issuer of the fractional bonds 2019, ISIN: DE000A2R28T1 / WKN A2R28T, announces that the option under § 7.1 of the terms and conditions of the bonds to make an early partial repayment of the bonds by ordinary (partial) termination has been exercised on 30 June 2023.
The partial repayment will be made in the total amount of EUR 758,028.00. This corresponds to 43.44% of the original nominal amount. An amount of EUR 434.40 with value date 30 June 2023 will therefore be paid for each partial bond.
