Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd: Collateralization of the 10.25% corporate bond by guarantee from Fourcore Capital Inc.
London, United Kingdom, 27 February 2025 – Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd (formerly: Cardea Luna Capital Partners Ltd) (“Company”) announces that its 10.25% corporate bond with a maturity date of 16 September 2029 (ISIN DE000A3L2B98; WKN A3L2B9) is now secured by a guarantee from Fourcore Capital Inc.
Fourcore Capital Inc. is the 100% parent company of Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd. As part of the intended expansion of the Company's financial services platform while strengthening its financial stability and long-term prospects, Fourcore Capital Inc. has agreed to unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee to the creditors of the corporate bond the due payment of all amounts payable under the bond by way of an independent obligation.
