Kirchseeon, 30 June 2023 – The management of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH today set the interest rate of the new bond 2023/2028 (ISIN: NO0012938325, WKN: A351U9) at 7.0% p.a. during the bookbuilding process. The technology specialist's new corporate bond attracted strong interest from both institutional and retail investors and was oversubscribed.
The total issue volume has been set at EUR 50 million.
Further details on the exchange, allocation and start of trading will be announced after the end of the subscription period.
