Equal pay at Sunrise certified by «Fair-ON-Pay Advanced»

- Sunrise has demonstrated that it pays women and men equally and has been awarded the Advanced certification by the Fair-ON-Pay Association.
- The association certifies companies that have the principle of equal pay for women and men verified in line with the certification process developed with SGS (Société Génerale de Surveillance SA, Geneva), and demonstrate that they comply.
Equal pay for work of equal value, regardless of gender – this is not a new concept and has long been championed at Sunrise. For a number of years now, Sunrise has been successfully conducting internal analyses using «Logib», the standard analysis tool provided by the Federal Office for Gender Equality. In order to obtain a critical external audit assessment as well, Sunrise commissioned the experts from Fair-ON-Pay to conduct an equal-pay analysis.

So it goes without saying that they should be able to expect that we, as their employer, offer them equal rights and fair conditions.»
The world’s leading quality auditor, SGS, has awarded the Fair-ON-Pay Advanced certification. This confirms that equal pay for women and men is guaranteed at Sunrise and that the pay gap is statistically no greater than +/- 2.5%. This value is significantly below the Logib tolerance margin of +/-5%.
About Fair-ON-Pay
Companies can have the fact that they provide equal pay to women and men audited by Fair-ON-Pay, and this has been recognised as best practice by the Equal Pay International Coalition. The analyses are carried out by equal-pay experts accredited by the Fair-ON-Pay Association. If a company meets the Fair-ON-Pay standard, it is awarded a four-year certification by SGS as an independent, world-leading quality auditor.
The requirements of the Fair-ON-Pay standard include compliance with the statistical specifications such as the minimum number of employees, representation of both genders, tolerance threshold for any wage differences and minimum quality of the regression. In addition, transparent preparation and processing of the wage analysis that complies with the rules is required.
