LONDON, UK / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2023 / Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin" or the "Company") announces that on 19^th September 2023 it purchased 16,325 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.7p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased to be held in treasury for the time being.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are 192,828,420 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 956,124 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Consequently, shareholders should use 191,872,296 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
