Griffin Mining Limited Announces Transaction in Own Shares

LONDON, UK / ACCESSWIRE / October 6, 2023 / Griffin Mining Ltd ("the Company") announces that on 5^th October 2023 it purchased 36,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 93.8p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been purchased to be held in treasury for the time being.

Following completion of the purchase of these Ordinary Shares there are 192,828,420 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 1,093,124 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Consequently, shareholders should use 191,735,296 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
