HUBER+SUHNER successfully completes acquisition of Ingun

Ingun adds complementary technology, expands customer access and strengthens HUBER+SUHNER’s positioning as a provider of end-to-end testing solutions.

HUBER+SUHNER announces today that it has successfully closed on the acquisition of Ingun Prüfmittelbau GmbH and Ingun International GmbH, including their subsidiaries. This marks an important milestone in the implementation of the company’s strategy to grow profitably in attractive, highly differentiated markets. 

Ingun, a leading provider of high-precision test and electrical contacting solutions headquartered in Constance (Germany), adds complementary technology to the current test and measurement portfolio and broadens access to existing and adjacent markets. Supported by well-aligned development and manufacturing capabilities, this strengthens HUBER+SUHNER’s positioning as a provider of end-to-end testing solutions across high frequency, digital and energy applications. Ingun’s offering includes spring‑loaded test probes, test fixture kits and accessories for customisation, enabling reliable testing across applications such as printed circuit boards, electrical devices, connectors and batteries.

As communicated in the initial announcement on 22 July 2026, Ingun will operate as a business unit within the Industry segment of HUBER+SUHNER.
