FILING OF THE 2025 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT (URD)

PARIS, MARCH 31, 2026 – Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 – MRN), a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, announces that its 2025 Universal Registration Document has been released in French and filed in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) with the French Markets Authority (AMF). It is available on the company’s corporate website and the website of the AMF. The English version will be available in the coming days on the company’s corporate website.

This document contains the Management Report (including the sustainability report), the Corporate governance report, and the information required under the Stock repurchase program.
