Participation notification by Degroof Petercam Asset Management

In accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on the publication of important participations in listed companies, Recticel (Euronext: RECT) publishes the following notification:

1. Summary of notification 

Recticel (Euronext: RECT) has received a transparency notification dated 7 February 2024, which shows that Degroof Petercam Asset Management SA, as a result of the acquisition of shares on  5 February 2024, now owns 3.02% of the voting rights of the company. It has thus crossed upwards the 3% shareholding threshold.

•     Chain of controlled undertakings through which the participating interest is effectively held:  Degroof Petercam Asset Management has been mandated to exercise the voting rights attached to the shares held by Argenta DP Dynamic Allocation, Argenta DP Defensive Allocation, Argenta Pension Fund, Argenta Pension Fund Defensive, Golden Aging, DPAM B Equities Europe Small Caps Sustainable, DPAM B Balanced Growth, DPAM B Balanced Flexible, I.I. Global Equities DBIRDT and Besto of Funds Global Selection.

Degroof Petercam Asset Management may exercise voting rights as it sees fit in the absence of specific instructions.

Degroof Petercam Asset Management is controlled by the Banque Degroof Petercam SA.
