Peugeot Invest publishes its  2023 Universal Registration Document

Peugeot Invest filed its 2023 Universal Registration Document with the French Financial Markets Authority (“Autorité des Marchés Financiers”) on 10 April 2024.

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular, the following information:

-          Peugeot Invest’s 2023 annual financial report, including the management report and the corporate governance report;

-          a description of the share buyback program;

-          the resolutions to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 24 May 2024; and -     the reports of the Statutory Auditors.

This document is available on the company's website at www.peugeot-invest.com, in the "media" tab, "publications" section. 

Copies of the Universal Registration Document are also available at the company's registered office located at 66, avenue Charles de Gaulle - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
