PUBLICATION OF THE 2024 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT 

INCLUDING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Carrefour’s 2024 Universal registration document was filed on 27 March 2025 with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) under number D.25-0168.

This document includes in particular: 

-  the 2024 annual financial report, the 2024 Carrefour SA financial statements and the consolidated financial statements and the sustainability statement and duty of care plan; 

-  the report on corporate governance; 

-  the Statutory Auditors' reports on the parent company and consolidated financial statements for 2024 and on related-party agreements; 

-  the Report on the certification of sustainability information and verification of the disclosure requirements under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852; - and a description of the share buyback program.

The document will be available for inspection at Carrefour’s registered office located 93, Avenue de Paris 91300 Massy (France) and is available on the AMF website (www.amffrance.org), as well as on Carrefour’s website (www.carrefour.com).
