Safran - Update OCEANE 2028

Update on the number of outstanding Safran convertible bonds early due 1 April 2025.

Paris, 13 March 2025

Safran updates the holders of its bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing shares initially due 1 April 2028 (ISIN FR0014003Z32) (the “2028 OCEANEs”) on the number of outstanding 2028 OCEANEs.

On 14 June 2021, Safran issued 4,035,601 2028 OCEANEs.

On 28 February 2025, Safran announced its decision to early redeem the 2028 OCEANEs at their par value on 1 April 2025. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the 2028 OCEANEs (the “Terms and Conditions”), the holders of 2028 OCEANEs retain the ability to request the exercise of their conversion rights in accordance with the Terms and Conditions until 21 March 2025 (exclusive).

To date, the exercise of the conversion rights attached to 1,933,253 2028 OCEANEs has been requested.

To date, 2,102,348 2028 OCEANEs remain outstanding.
