Uniper raises its 2026 Adjusted Net Income outlook by €50 million to a range of €550 and €650 million, compared to €500–600 million previously. The outlook for the Adjusted EBITDA remains unchanged between €1,100-1,300 million.
The revision is based on preliminary, unaudited nine-month results: Adjusted EBITDA of €1,024 million (prior year: EUR 641 million) and Adjusted Net Income of €579 million (prior year: €268 million).

All published figures and statements remain preliminary and unaudited. As announced, detailed results for the first nine months of 2026 will be published on 10 November 2026.
