Altarea Liquidity Contract Half-Yearly Review

Altarea's liquidity contract, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, showed a credit of 7,100 Altarea shares and €1,313,877 in cash as of December 31, 2024. In the second half of 2024, there were 1,758 buy transactions for 32,991 shares traded, totaling €3,175,736, and 1,696 sell transactions for 34,647 shares, representing €3,331,858.
In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account had 8,756 shares and €261,398.37 in cash. In the first half of the year, transactions were also substantial with 764 purchases and 664 sales. The previous contract with Kepler Cheuvreux was terminated at the end of November with a balance of 10,231 shares and €122,188.53.
The new contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel, in place since December 2, 2024, started with the same 10,231 shares and a contribution of €1,016,800.90. This change is part of the AMF decision regarding liquidity contracts.
