Antin Infrastructure Partners Sets CEO Compensation for 2024 and 2025

Antin Infrastructure Partners SA has disclosed the compensation details for its Chairman and CEO, Alain Rauscher, for the years 2024 and 2025, following its board meeting on March 4, 2025. The CEO's variable compensation for 2024 totals €937,125, achieving 100% of both quantitative and qualitative criteria. This compensation is pending shareholder approval at the AGM on June 11, 2025.

For 2025, the fixed compensation is set at €987,730. Variable compensation will be based on quantitative criteria, such as a 10% increase in FPAUM and a 5% rise in underlying EBITDA, among others.
