AXA Home Loan SFH Half-Year Financial Report 2024
AXA Home Loan SFH has published its financial report for the first half of 2024. No major events were reported during this period.
Central banks have delivered historic monetary tightening in response to inflationary pressures and declining growth. The euro covered bond market was particularly active in the first half of 2024, despite political turbulence in France.
The company's half-yearly accounts show a net banking income of 2,538 million euros and a net profit of 1,298 million euros. Total assets amount to 3,358,775 thousand euros, compared to 3,857,241 thousand euros at the end of the previous year.
Credit risk is well managed through robust collateral and adequate overcollateralization of loans. SFH remains exposed to liquidity and regulatory risks, but these risks are mitigated by LCR and NSFR ratios well above the minimum requirements.
