Burelle SA: Growth and diversification

Burelle SA announced growth of 1.6% in its turnover in the first quarter of 2024. The company, 85% owned by the founder's family, continues to diversify its activities. Three major subsidiaries contribute to this dynamic: OPmobility, Sofiparc and Burelle Participations.

The industrial subsidiary OPmobility, which represents 72% of Burelle's net revalued assets (NAV), saw its turnover increase by 1.6% in the first quarter of 2024. The real estate sector, via Sofiparc, represents 19% of NAV and experienced growth of 9% in 2023, thanks in particular to dynamic hotel activity. Finally, Burelle Participations, the private equity branch, saw its NAV increase by 16%, now representing 9% of Burelle's NAV.

A dividend of 16 euros per share is planned, subject to the approval of the General Meeting on May 23, 2024. In 2023, the company has invested 500 million euros to support this diversified and robust growth of its portfolio.
