CAPELLI: New schedule for publication of annual results
The CAPELLI group announced on July 31, 2024 the postponement of the publication of its 2023-2024 annual accounts, initially scheduled for September 29, to October 25, 2024. The Statutory Auditors require additional time to finalize their work.
The General Meeting to approve the 2023-2024 accounts will be held on December 20, 2024. In the meantime, Euronext Growth has suspended the listing of CAPELLI shares due to publication delays.
Regarding the debt restructuring, the company and its financial partners have established a comprehensive plan, validated by 95% of the General Meetings of the bond lenders. This plan spreads the repayment of the debt from March 2026 to March 2031.
