Results of the FREY Combined General Meeting of May 15, 2024

On May 15, 2024, the Combined General Meeting of shareholders of the FREY company was held in Bezannes, chaired by Mr. Antoine Frey. The meeting saw the approval of the corporate accounts for the year ending December 31, 2023, as well as that of the consolidated accounts.

Among the decisions taken, the distribution of a dividend of 1.80 euros per share was approved, scheduled for May 23, 2024. A new member, Mrs. Valérie Pancrazi, was co-opted into the Board of Directors. Other important resolutions concerned the remuneration policy of corporate officers for the year 2024 and the renewal of financial delegations to the Board of Directors.

Participation was notable with 87.34% of voting rights represented. Voting results showed broad approval with the majority of resolutions passing 100%. However, the 18th resolution proposing a capital increase reserved for employees was rejected.
