VTech to Acquire Assets of Gigaset Communications GmbH
VTech Holdings Limited has announced the acquisition of the assets of Gigaset Communications GmbH, including its manufacturing facilities in Bocholt, Germany. This strategic acquisition will strengthen VTech's global business and operations by expanding its market channels and product portfolios globally as well as its manufacturing footprint in Europe. The acquisition is set to complete on April 2nd, 2024, subject to fulfillment of the closing conditions set forth in the Assets Purchase Agreement. -
